Terms of Service

These terms apply to detailing services provided by Vrba Detailing ("I", "me") in and around Missoula, Montana. By booking a service you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
- Package prices listed on the website are by vehicle size class. I'll confirm your class when we book.
- Some add-ons (for example pet hair removal) are priced after inspecting the vehicle. I'll always tell you the price before starting that work.
- RVs, trailers and boats are quoted individually after a quick look at the vehicle.
- Travel fees apply outside Missoula, Lolo and Frenchtown as listed on the website.
- Vehicles in an unusually heavy condition (biohazards, mold, excessive debris) may require a revised quote or may be declined.
Deposit, rescheduling and cancellation
- A $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied to your final price.
- You may reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
- If I have to cancel because of weather or illness, I'll reschedule you as soon as possible or refund the deposit in full.
What you provide for mobile service
- Access to a working power outlet and a cold water spigot within hose reach of the vehicle.
- A safe place to work around the vehicle (driveway, parking space) and permission to work there if it's not your property.
- Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the appointment. I'm not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though anything I find is set aside for you.
Results
I do my best work on every vehicle, but some things can't be fully fixed by cleaning: permanent stains, dye transfer, sun-faded or cracked materials, deep scratches and pre-existing damage. I'll point these out before I start when I see them. Odor treatment greatly reduces odors but strong, long-term odors may need repeat treatment.
Damage and liability
I use professional products and methods appropriate for each surface. If I cause damage through my own negligence, I'll make it right. I'm not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, loose trim or components that fail during normal cleaning, or aftermarket parts and accessories.
Payment
The balance is due when the service is complete, by cash or Venmo. Gift cards are redeemable for services only and have no cash value.
Photos
I may take before-and-after photos of the work. I use them only with your permission and never include license plates or personal information.
