Vrba Detailing ("I", "me") operates vrbadetailing.com. This policy explains what information I collect when you use the website or contact me, and how I use it. I'm a one-person business and keep this simple.
Information I collect
- Information you give me: when you submit the quote form, call, text or email, I receive what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, service address, preferred dates, notes and any photos you attach.
- Technical information: like most websites, the hosting provider and analytics tools may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
How I use it
- To respond to your request, give you a quote and schedule your appointment.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders by text or email, if you've agreed to that.
- To send occasional seasonal reminders or offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box or text me first, I may send you text messages about your request and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. I do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing
I don't sell your information. I share it only with service providers that help me run the business, such as the form provider that delivers your request to my inbox, my email and calendar provider, and my payment provider when you pay. These providers process your data only to provide their service.
Retention
I keep request and appointment details for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from reminders or marketing at any time by replying STOP or emailing me.
- Ask what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing vrbami7@gmail.com.

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
